		<description>Actually, I just put up my blinds from Blinds To Go.  Not impressed.....will not be ordering any more blinds from them, and will make a point of letting people know how disappointed I am with them also.  I of course made a phone to the London, ON store and their response was not suitable.  I paid extra money for an extended length on the chain and I didn&#039;t receive that.  My options are, return the blinds or come into the store for them to supply me with chain that &quot;i&quot; can add to it myself.  After having to get scaffolding and have someone come in to put the blinds up, I cannot very well have them come back and have to get scaffolding again....certainly not without an added cost.  I was not offered any type of re-imbursement for my frustration and actually when I asked about getting a refund on the extra cost I paid for the elongated chain.....was told that &quot;we do not give refunds&quot; . BUYER BEWARE !!!!  They do not give refunds !!!  Even if they made the mistake !!!  Not very good business savvy.</description>
